This Return Policy governs all purchases made through Mars Harmony. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Mars Harmony accepts returns within thirty (30) days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories
- Not be damaged, altered, or used in any way that would prevent resale
Mars Harmony reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
3. Exchanges
Mars Harmony does not offer exchanges.
If you wish to obtain a different item, you must place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.

Mars Harmony is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

To initiate a return:

- Once approved, securely package the item and ship it to the return address above.
- Include your order number and any relevant information to help us process your return efficiently.
Returns sent without prior notice may result in delays or refusal.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Mars Harmony reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject returns at its sole discretion
- Apply partial refunds if items are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition
7. Refunds
If your return is approved:
