This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Mars Harmony. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • High order volume periods
  • Holidays or promotional events
  • Situations outside of our control (e.g., supply chain delays)

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Mars Harmony works with international fulfillment partners. As a result, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and product origin.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada & United States: 7–20 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Split Shipments

Items within the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This is due to products being fulfilled from multiple warehouse locations.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise stated.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Mars Harmony reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take several days to update
  • Some international shipments may have limited tracking visibility once they leave the origin country

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Mars Harmony has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed. In such cases, refunds will not be guaranteed.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Mars Harmony is not responsible for orders that are:

  • Delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


8. Delays and Delivery Issues

Mars Harmony is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Global supply chain disruptions

While we will do our best to assist, delivery delays are outside of our control.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Mars Harmony is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly
  • You may also contact us, and we will assist where possible

Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed in these situations.


10. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution.


11. Policy Updates

Mars Harmony reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
